Delivery Days: From Tuesday to Saturday (Delivery not available Monday or Sunday)

Delivery Options: Standard Delivery Window 7am to 8pm. Pre 1pm delivery can be selected for a small fee.

Couriers: We use DHL and Royal Mail, Royal Mail is used for non DHL service locations.

Packaging:

All hampers by post will be sent out in our eco-friendly plain boxes.

Our eco-friendly boxes are fully recyclable and designed to minimize environmental impact during production.

If you add extra items to your hamper order, we’ll choose a box that comfortably fits everything.

Wicker baskets and buckle hampers are available for an additional cost.

Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed. Courier delays may occur beyond our control, so we recommend you order at least one day before your event.

DHL can leave a parcel safe (or on doorstep if safe to do so). Please advise recipient accordingly as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that have not been retrived by the recipient in a timely manner.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any impact or delays caused by extreme weather conditions during transit.

During warmer weather we add ice packs to our hampers. They are labelled Sorba Freeze and are not for consumption. Please advise recipient.
