Certainly the best scones - even if the jam and cream are upside down

This was a little treat as part of my gift for my brother’s birthday. He was surprised and very pleased, l was told the pasties were amazing and the the scones are like madeira cake and he has never tasted jam like it. A great price for a birthday treat, would order again, and am tempted to treat myself.
Delivery was great and on time, but disappointed that the box you advertised the items in are not what actually arrives.. i.e (the white and blue box) but came in a brown box. Then finally the tea, jam and cream was very nice but the scones were actually very doughy and almost like a bread bun they were so soft and doughy which isn't ideal for a scone. Bit disappointed to be honest.

Belated gift, and this company are my ‘go to’ from previous reactions of the recipients.
This was received with delighted surprise. Pasties are very generous size but still didn’t share! Scones melt in your mouth butteriness and the cider was a nice touch apparently. Again, I’ve been very happy with excellent delivery, attention to packaging and best of all, the quality of the products ….
From ordering to delivery the service was excellent as were the contents!! Would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you so much.
Good scones but sadly the 113gm pot of clotted cream doesn’t stretch enough to use on scone 3&4…. But a large enough Jar of Jam to last a month of toast?!!! Wrong way around! Gutted for the price you pay, disheartened 😔

I ordered a Prosecco cream tea as a birthday surprise, I paid extra for Saturday delivery. I received an email on Friday from both Cornish hampers & DHL to let me know it was on its way, DHL said they would let me know when it was out for delivery, I could then tell the recipients partner when to expect it. I didn’t hear anything from DHL on Saturday so went on their website to track it only to read it had been delayed & would now be delivered on the next working day meaning Monday. I emailed Cornish hampers & informed them, as I was concerned about the cream, on Sunday hoping it would be picked up first thing Monday which it was. Nash emailed to reassure me the cream would be fine & as a gesture of goodwill would refund the delivery charge. The hamper arrived Monday morning & was well received & thoroughly enjoyed by the recipient, they said the scones were the best they’ve had, hence the 5 stars & I would definitely order from them again.
First class service, both from Cornish Hampers and DHL, kept informed from order placed to doorstep delivery.

The Cornish Tea for Two was sent as a sympathy gift to a friend who had slipped on ice and broken her right wrist. As a pianist with several engagements, this was a particular blow, and the unexpected package was a welcome diversion - even though her husband somewhat unfeelingly commented "You should fall more often"!
