Order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday but didn’t get delivered until Wednesday. It was a birthday gift
It was a gift but delivered in a plain box not your normal box. It was crushed & 2 tea bags were missing. Very disappointed.
My gluten free scones did not arrive. I have contacted Cornish hampers but they haven’t got back to me yet. Very disappointed.

Everything was fine but the clotted cream was curdled and had gone liquidy no doubt due to the weather.
Afternoon by the Sea hamper was sent to family who live near the sea and they were very pleased with it.

It arrived on time but sadly the cream had black spores in it so it was an uncream tea. When I reported this you sent my friend out more cream to go with the already eaten tea. I doubt whether I’ll use you again
Firstly although I ordered a double pasty cream tea hamper, we only received one pasty. Which admittedly after contacting and supplying photos to the customer support team, I was given a partial refund for the missing pasty.
The disappointment however was that the pasty that was received was very salty and not at palatable and the scones had gone mouldy! I did contact again but sadly have not received a reply. Won't be ordering again and do not recommend
The fruit scones were perfect. It went down a treat for someone who was recovering from surgery & couldn’t get out so the cream tea went to them instead. They really enjoyed it.

This was sent as a gift, arrived on the day I requested, my friends were delighted.
Cannot say I was pleased with these items , on arrival they were warm and ice packs defrosted because they had taken a day and a half to get to my son! When I EMailed to ask if they would be safe to eat , I was sent an EMail to say basically not there responsibility whatever! After answering them they then said they thought they would be ok! Not good business in my book so won’t shop there again!
